Got approved here too! I filed November 12. We just waited. No requests no emails. Just prayed. Today we are so happy! It has been a long wait for this part. Now ready for the next part :-)

Texas Service Center number is busy and the 1800 number for uscis is not allowing me to talk with someone. Even when I chose the change of address option. These people definitely design the system so you cannot speak with them on a person to person basis. It sucks my rfe response was sent last Thursday and all now I haven't received the email stating that they received it.

I hate, hate, hate, hate to say it, but it sounds like my congressman's liaison's inquires and my service requests worked. I'll be damned.

Probably not, it's more likely that impatience was extreme and it would have been on that persons desk regardless. All evidence points to this.

Hey guys!

Congrats to everyone who got approved! :dancing:

It has been 6 months and 2 days for us and still nothing...it's especially frustrating cause people with PDs after mine keep getting approved(still happy for you guys, just wish I could celebrate with y'all!). I haven't even called USCIS cause after reading about everyone else's experiences I feel like they're probably just gonna tell me all that ####### about Nebraska working on Nov 5th petitions (yeah right). Tried the whole e-request thing but it didn't work since we're apparently within normal processing times...

Has anyone sent a letter to their congressman? What should I put in the letter? some information about us or just a short "filed I-130, please check what's going on"? I know it might not help much but I have to do SOMETHING or I'm gonna lose it. :(

6/5/2013 got married

11/14/2013 mailed I-130

11/19/2013 I-130 NOA1 (NSC)

12/20/2013 mailed I-129f (just in case)

12/27/2013 I-129f NOA1 (NSC)

1/2/2014 ARN changed on both I-130 and I-129f

1/7/2014 I-129f updated/touched?

11/10/2014 NOA2 FINALLY!!! (after 356 days & 4 service requests)

I get your frustration and fear but my experience calling them has been fine, just stay pleasant and calm throughout. I've not come away from a call more frustrated than before tbh. If you do, come here and vent then try again tomorrow x ;)
