Were they Tier 1 or 2?

Change of address takes you straight through to tier 2 or so I've been told. Each time I've spoken with one they seem to know what is going on. Last time I was told I could file an sr today and I could.

Tried to use the e-link to put in a service request using

https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do;jsessionid=abcCfJRpaVOkwc83R_vyu

but it says I am within normal processing times (PD 11/08/2013).

I called the service rep, not even tier 2, and they said I was outside normal processing times, put in a service request, and gave me a confirmation number.

Also, seriously congratulations to everyone who was approved! I can only image how great it will feel to have the inconsistent nightmare that is USCIS finished.

4 Nebraska approvals today!!! I tried putting in a SR and I was told I was unable since I'm the beneficiary.... and USC has very little time to stay 2 hours on hold OMG!!!! I'm so tempted to use his information and put in an e request by myself... I mean I won't because that's fraudulent... but... ohh my god if I have to wait another day I'll start puling my hair out!!

hahaha :) (yet NSC is the only one that seems to be actually working on november requests...) I also feel your frustration guys from other SCs!!!

Did you get a service request receipt #? I just called and did that, and the dweeb on the other side told me that the VSC is still on the 12th and I need to call back once they get to the 13th.

I am like your wife, I am the US citizen. Was it just a general request for info or a past date SR? I put in a general request SR last week but I still cannot put in a past date SR.

OMG OMG OMG... Today is our anniversary. I kept telling my husband our noa2 would come on our anniversary... He said, "No way that's gonna happen." Guess what... at 1:15pm the site was updated and we are approved!!!! Yay!!! Now on to the NVC we go. Our I-130 was received on November 25th so 5 months and 3 weeks for us. SO excited!!!

Congratulations....my PD is the same as yours....just put a service request in, so I hope I'll hear something good soon. I'm going to visit my husband in July, one month shy of our 1 yr anniversary and I hope. I can go with some good news.

Thanks for the link....tried it about a month ago and I got a msg saying I was within normal processing time, now this time it took it and said I will get a response by June 10th....let's see.

Hi guys I deleted my account last month so I decided to create a new one.

well guys I got approved today May 19 2014

My priority date is November 07 2013 ( Nebraska service center ).

I am praying you guys will be approved soon.

Please don't give up, it will happen.

I know I'm just being paranoid but I'm scared that SRs could actually hurt us... Cuz they always say 60 days.. What if that buys them 60 days? When normally we'd be done faster? You know what I mean?

It's prob not this way... I'm just over thinking now. :/
