Just caught up with the thread and as soon as I switched tabs in my browser my phone buzzed and I received my approval notification!

(On a Saturday after 8pm EST / 7pm Central.) I didn't realise they work weekends?

I had a Nov 14th filing date at Nebraska.
Hang in there everyone. They move slowly, but they move.

Just got approved yesterday. It took one week from when they received our RFE. Not bad.

Just got approved today! very happy for myself and others who were got good news recently!

I send I-130 and I-129 and both got approved,

129 is not on my timeline, I coudn't figure out how to do it.

Did it happened to any one else?

Just an update from my end. We placed a service request 2 weeks ago and heard back this past Friday.

The email was pretty generic, but it said that our case has been assigned to an officer and we should hear back within 60 days.

I seriously hope that it won't be 60 days!

Our case was assigned to the officer on Thursday, desition was made on Saturday.

I know that we should be happy. And we are!!! But if you think about it.. In this day and age it takes 6 and a half months to assign the officer ?? Which meens that somebody finally picked your file up... Such a popular topic in politics to talk about illegal immigrants . No hate!! But think about your citizens who are separated from theyr spouses for such a long time!..., good luck to everyone !

I called customer service rep today..went through protocol he says Vermont is still on Nov.12. I asked to be transferred to a Tier 2 the rep began to tell me that the Tier 2 would tell me the same thing. I asked to be connected anyway and I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO PUT IN A SERVICE REQUEST!!!! I know this seems like a small issue Im glad I can make some type of inquiry !
