Just got off the phone with the disinformation line, apparently the VSC is still working on 12 Nov 2013, as they were last week....

How many weeks they work on a certain month?

No idea.

Also I just sent Bernierich a PM. He was approved back in April and just never updated the sheet. I would guess "arise" is also approved but I cannot find them by searching on VJ, their handle is too common of a word. If you are reading this arise, please let us know what's going on with you. Also if anyone has their contact info please let me have it. Thanks!

Someone on fb been told he's still inside normal processing at Vsc. 10/25. I'd say left hand doesn't know what the right is doing but I don't think it knows what the left is doing either.

Keep calling them. I hit 5 months and I've been calling everyday. I wouldn't wait till 6 months, regardless of what they say. It's pretty ridiculous. My uncle filed in september 2013 and just finished doing his spousal support and now doing his iv package. And I filed 2 months later and I'm still waiting for a noa2. Beyond ridiculous.

Hi there. I'm following your timeline as we are both very close in NOA1 date and both at the Texas SC. And we both have Dominican spouses :)

Unfortunately Texas has become VERY slow. For about the last 3 to 4 weeks, I-130 processing at the TSC has slowed to a crawl. I-129 fiancé visas are being adjudicated at speed, but I-130s for some reason have slowed to a trickle :(

Looking at the October spreadsheet it appears that Texas lags all other service centers with only 50% adjudicated thus far. And they touched only a few cases in November. It's hard to say but I'm guessing your a few weeks away yet.

I called and spoke to a tier 2 twice in the last week and they have told me they cannot enter a service request as I am within normal processing time (with an NOA1 of Nov 13). Texas was still showing processing dates of October 7 the last time I called. However I still encourage you to call as well. It cannot hurt. TSC is showing the slowest average I-130 adjudication times at 6.5 months on the USCIS site and it's hard to get a service request in sooner than that but do not be discouraged.

In any event we're close...so hang in there!

Guys I am trying to be proactive and I am filling out the I-864 form for hubby as he is a bit busy now. On the tax transcript where it says Adjusted Gross Income is that considered the Total Income as it relates to the I-864 form? I just need a second opinion.
