You can see them by putting in numbers close to yours on the uscis website.

Thanks for the tip! I tried and the number before mine has been approved, the one after mine hasn't, so I'm praying it'll be mine soon...

No worries, I know how you feel.

No disrespect to our servicemen and women in uniform, but I feel like the soldier who has been deployed overseas and I miss my wife terribly, and the wait is really having a negative impact on our relationship that neither of us expected when we got married.

I know I called back to speak to a tier 2 and he told me the same #######. He said to call back in 24 days. By then they should be on November 29th.

We have the same PD, and both stuck in Nebraska. It appears as though there were 156 applications for I-130 with that PD and so far 20 have been approved. Fifteen approvals since May 1. There looks to be 1 expedite (the receipt number directly after mine) and two lucky couples that received their Christmas present on December 24 and two more that were approved on January 9. The approvals seem kind of bunched up together, not only by receipt number, but by date of approval. Closely aligned receipt numbers tend to have the same approval date. So it sort of looks like they grab a box of applications and go through them. Most make the cut, some others get RFE, and others must just get put aside probably to be forgotten until a SR is made.

They told me to call back on May 21 also. I'll be visiting my wife then, returning on June 2. If I haven't heard anything by the time I leave the country, I'm setting up an appointment with whoever does that kind of thing at Sen. Schumer's local office.

I didn't get much "work" done at work today.

Guys I got a RFE this morning.

Oooohhh, I`m very sorry what's the reason! I`m not very surprise for it because Texas is the most popular with sending RFE!

Let me guess.....Texas Service Center?

Home of the comotose and needless RFE

Well, on the bright side at least they touched your case. Just answer quickly and get yourself moving along again.

On a relaed note, Texas has had yet another abysmal week. I took a week away from here and the USCIS to take a break from viewing their unsettling methodology. I was so hoping to come here to see some November approvals and make positive comments how everyone here wil have thier approvals soon. Instead I see 4 full weeks of Texas sleeping on the I-130s with very few approvals and thier notorious quick fire RFE issuance. If I could get just one shred of positive indication from Texas I know I can turn my attitude around. It's just so disheartening to see this service center go backwards after the improvements made in february and march.

Hubby never sent a passport size photo of himself and he is the petitioner, so I figure that is what they want and yes I am at TSC.

HI Guys,

good morning, (I know this is gonna sound really stupid but... bare with me please)

I'm trying to call USCIS but I'm not able to get out of the automatic machine messages loop and I can't seem to able to get to speak to a "real person" can you please. the message keeps telling me to call between 8 am and 6 pm and well here it's 9:30 am and for some reason I can't seem to find the option to actually speak to someone. any suggestions??

THanks!

You have to choose the change of address option to speak with a human. That is hubby did when he had called and had gotten through to someone.

I hung on past the speak about case option until option #6 which is change of address and got a human. I couldn't get anywhere pressing the first options.
