This sucks. It's already May. No approval. NSC telling lies. One day they are working on Nov 1, next day working on Nov 4, next day called working on nov 15, next day called and working on nov 1.

I told them, they don't even know what the hell they are talking about.

I'm going to call back next week, take down all there names/id numbers and see everyday what lies they tell me.

You can see them by putting in numbers close to yours on the uscis website.

Talking of which, anyone else experienced the site not recognising your password? Had it twice now. And it won't let me reset it. I have to set it up again as a new case.

This happened to me twice too! Your password also expires every 90 days, so you need to change it before or on the 90th day.

Usually, around 3 weeks.

You really should, and make sure you say "What's your agent ID number?" That way they know you are taking notes and they'll (hopefully) be less likely to lie and bullshit you with information.

Can someone please tell me what the hell is happening with USCIS? Wednesday is my exact sixth month and still nothing, arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Seems as if they want persons to wait 8 to 9 months just for their I130 to be approved and what would suck more you wait so long only to get a RFE, kmt.
