I-130 November Filers

Just spoke to USCIS. Told me they are working on our case, whatever that means in USCIS speak, and said I can call and file a service request in another 15 days because that would put us outside normal processing. So don't wait the full month, 20 days over the 5 month mark seems the time to start harrassing. Oh and I did get straight through to a tier 2 after no time holding by choosing the change of address option

On hold with USCIS now, they made yet ANOTHER mistake with our case! We changed our address, got an update about address change, but they apparently don't know anything about it? SERIOUSLY?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wait time is 74minutes aka 3 HOURS!!! Ridiculous...

New Dates are In on USCIS website, as of march31- nebraska 5months, atleast 5months processing time havent changed

we can now put service requests if we passed (5+1) month mark.

And Texas still stuck at 6 months.

What the hell is going on with my case, I spoke to a tier 2 just a couple of minutes ago, he said that our case is out of his hands obviously and when I asked if it was sent to NVC yet he said no, it's being sent to my embbassy and they will contact me for an interview. #######? Is this normal? I really don't know what's going on....

guys is it me or are nov approvals not reflected in VJ timeline thing? Is the spreadsheet more accurate? I didn't realize there was one for nov. Can someone post the link..? I can't find it anywhere. :/

Also: interesting! Yesterday my case said something like "your petition for employment blah blah " I called and they said they saw that it's i-130 still that maybe I put in wrong number, which I didn't, cuz it said employment in status update we hear on the phone recording too. What does that mean? Today it's back to normal....

Any ideas?

Good place to ask is i-130 filers group on facebook. Good people who know stuff. They tend to go there rather than here for specifics.

Have you checked your case online? has it been touched or updated at all?

Next Wednesday is my exact six (6) months and still nothing. I am at Texas but it seems like everyone is still sleeping at that service center
