Ok so it's 6am in Ireland and my phone beeped (I have the USCIS app) We just got approved and are in Post decision! Is this realllllll?

so happy to hear the news, am really expecting something soon,

this waiting is just getting unbearable!

Over the last few weeks I have seen MANY NOA2 going to people after 15-20 days from NOA1 these were all people who had no request for expedite and were auto expediated from CSC. I'm not sure why, but it's annoying.

I think it's because CSC wasn't receiving any petitions beside the transferred ones for past few months (info based on uscis and on our VJ ) and they started to receive new ones from Lockbox's in April.. so since they were done with all transferred cases they jumped into new ones,which happened to be with April PD's.. so it is just how I see it :P plus it is their game to make the average look better..

anyways! don't worry about it anymore - congrats !

I am December filer but I Wish all of you fast approvals so they can start my month :P

Thanks guys! I was sooo happy! While I am delighted that we got it, I still think it's unfair, I feel we only got approved because of my call to them though. So get calling guys, anyone who is atleast over 5 months, get calling tier 2s, no matter how long you're on hold just stay on the line!

I'm really hoping you guys start getting approved soon, being happy isn;t fun on your own! lol

We called through skype, I recommend it to anyone who can. It's Free!

What did you call and say and who did you speak to?]

I spoke to a customer service agent "britney" and then was transferred to a Tier 2, after I got through I got told about the system being down blah blah.,. So I didn't get to change any of my information or even ask about my case. But the tier 2 DID SAY "hmm, you are out of normal processing times" so I think she maybe just pulled our file after the cal and worked on it.

OMG!!!!!! YAY!!!!!! I am so happy for you guys….. I was about to send you a message to commiserate with you about the horrible hold time with the center…but this is amazing. Congratulations :goofy: …. I bet you it feels surreal and it must have felt really weird when you must have seen it at 6 AM in the morning….enjoy it….STEP 1 done….moving on NVC…. i would definitely say over the weekend GO OUT ADN ENJOY AND PARTY>>….you deserve it……hopefully we will all follow suit…..
