No work done in two weeks, really USCIS. I thought the ball would be rolling so fast. When they start approving September petitions they went right into October with no delay. I thought it would be the same for November, but no they came to a stop :ranting::protest:

Yes they have really slowed down. Their system has come to kind of a halt. Don't know whats happening. Starting to loose my patience :protest: . LOL!!! I guess they are already on easter break!!

Dear all,

How surprising it is! I just receive email that notice USCIS have approved my I130. I so happy and think I need to share this with you guy. I hope this news will help to reduce your worry.

However, I still wait for my son's approval. I don't know why my husband sent two apply for me and my son on same day, but we have just received mine. Maybe the left one will come in this week, I hope so.

Hope everybody will receive happy email soon.

Hi, i wanted to ask you, did you file for a standalone I-130 and is the beneficiary outside of the USA? Also are you in and expedited process? I am asking this because I am trying to figure out if they have started working on NOvember applications for standalone I-130s without any expedited process.

Hi, my case is a normal case like yours. My husband live in USA, I live in outside the USA. No special, no exception. I think they are going to progress November application in this month. I know how anxious this waiting feeling is. I seem to be out of patience and no longer waiting for that. But it suddenly comes. That's why I think I must share this info to keep our spirit :)

This is great news indeed. And thank you for letting us all know. Step by step we are all getting closer. Congratulations once again and I hope things move forward for all of us. I am losing patience indeed, like you.

I'm a little concern. My PD is Nov 25th 2013. My husband is in Jamaica. I'm a nurse and where I work it is hard to get time off. Right now I'm trying to plan a trip to go visit him. These trips are expensive, but I guess I have to deal with it for now. Anyway my concern is that when I log in to see my case status, it shows that my case has not been touched since 12/04/2013. Could this be right? I called USCIS and the CSR told me that I cannot investigate until after 04/25/2014. What can I do?

Completely possible. Mine has not been touched since they got it on the 12th of November. It's sitting in a box, and will remain there until someone picks it up to adjudicate it.

My PD is 11/29/2013 and like you, hasn't been touched since 12/04/2013. If I don't hear anything by 04/29/2013, I'm calling the next morning. I'm going to see my wife during the second half of May and it'll kill me to arrive without any good news. By the time this is all over I'm going to have a good 3 or 4 years of paying off debt to look forward to. I can certainly empathize with the expenses.
