I disagree. Vermont just started processing and some OCtober people are getting NOA2. California is ahead of the pack. IMO we will see November NOA2's by this time next month.

I really hope you're right that would be awesome. Still nebraska is SO behind. And that's where I am :(((

I agree too, for you guys! Nebraska is a black random hole :< but maybe if everyone else is ahead of schedule then NSC will get told to hustle. I hope.. Sigh.

Possible adjudication dates feel like a steadily moving target to me most days. When I first joined VJ got REAL excited when I saw dates, now I just sigh and try and stay hopeful that things will move along soon. Trying to get my interview binder together in the meanwhile.......

Namaste.

I like this but what do you mean Vermont just started processing? I thought they were still on July/August. I really hope you're right and I'm trying to stay optimistic.

Vermont until this month got no transfers. This month they got several September and October filers, and so far have approved 4, 3 September and 1 October. Before they were doing less than 1000 petitions, not even enough to register here on VJ. Now they are awakening from their slumber.

Just a little input: I went through the volumes up on USCIS for VSC for different forms. I think they're the more specialized service centre and there are certain forms that only they adjudicate, so I looked at those forms to figure out if they were lazy altogether or just ignoring I-130s. Seems like they're really on top of their game for most applications and often complete around 1-2x the receipts with another significant amount awaiting customer response. It makes me somewhat hopeful that they'll actually pick up their game once the time comes around to take care of I-130s. At least I hope so. Let's see what happens in the next 2 months or so :)

I am the beneficiary.

Well, I'm basically working off a template our lawyer provided - primarily going to print photos, a selection of emails, wedding invites, affadavits from family and friends. That sort of thing. Then all the legal documents of course. Copies of all my passport stamps showing all my entries into the USA since 2008. Honeymoon pics! :)

We're hopeful this will be done and dusted by year end so we can finally start a real (instead of mostly virtual) life together! LOL

Cheers!

@TeaCup:

Also proof that I'm on my husband's medical insurance, beneficiary of life insurance and investments. Copies of bank statements showing joint names.

Saw one person who filed on nov. 5 and one who filed on dec. 6 got approved today. They updated their timeline that is how I know and they both are at Nebraska. So unfair to watch people who filed after you getting approval before you.
