She would have to marry a USCitizen and then adjust status in the USA.

Otherwise, no, there's no path for her.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Just to clarify that the visa is valid for 2 years, but it does not mean she can stay in the US for the entire 2 year. She will need to leave before her I-94 expires. The tourist visa does not entitle her for work or school in the US, she would need another visa for that purpose. I am just curious, but why all of a sudden she wants to become a PR?

I second that. This is a very important distinction!

Plenty of people are issued 10 year tourist visas. This does not mean they can stay in the US for 10 years. It means they can use the visa to enter the US for 10 years. Tourist visas usually allow for up to 6 months of stay in the US as a tourist, only. Tourists cannot go to school, cannot live here, and certainly cannot work here. Tourists are tourists.

Her visa expiring in 2 years does not mean she can stay in the country for 2 years. It means she can enter the country for two years. Her length of stay upon each entry is determined by the CBP officer at the port of entry, and should be noted on her entry stamp in her passport. If she has stayed past that date, she is now in the country illegally.
