1 of each is all that is needed to send with the I-129F petition, That is what I sent.

The pictures need to be face forward type, 2"x2"

See USCIS specs here tells you exactly the number of pictures needed for the various USCIS forms: http://www.uscis.gov/files/article/04_08_02Photo_flyer.pdf

Thank you..Thats what I thought but I've been having problems getting onto the website for USCIS so I knew I would get help here.

By the way, do you know if the I-129F form thats here on this website is ok to send in? It says on the form that it expires Dec. 31st, 2006 and I can't find another form that is updated. I'm sure the Nebraska center will recieve my application by next week, but it makes me nervous with that expiration date so close to the date I'm sending it in.

That form is the newest one availble, USCIS will use that form until they replace it on their website. The date on the form is not when the form is no good, it is the date when the comment period that USCIS has to make comments to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) expires after that date USCIS cannot make changes and the form becomes permanent, and they will then use that form for a long time after.

Please note the date at the top of another form (I-134), it shows October 2006, and they are still using it.
