I am curious as to how much info you provided to show an ongoing relationship......I have compiled a ton for my lawyer. I still wonder if I need more.

In addition to the ton of proof, please make sure that you and your beneficiary are on the same page.

The interview is super critical and he/she must be able to speak of you in the intimate and also about the docs you are presenting.

My WIfe was asked for the name of the company I worked for 5 years ago as an example of what I don't think is necessary.

Additionally, I have shared input from another forum where who I beleive is the IV section Chief in Nigeria is posting.

She specificallys stated that they do not like to see tons of documents but they do not discriminate when you do. However applicants are not to presume that they would be floored becuase of a mountain of documents.

I think some folks photocopy evidences to bolster the size. She also stated that she understands that a long term relationship could have a lots of documents.

So to answer your question, as much great supporting evidence that will paint a picture of your relationship.

One thing I would like to enlighten folk on because I really don't think many realize how important this interview portion is for many.

When I was at the Consulate in Lagos doing my passport thing I was there 5 hours and heard quite abit. I even had the CO's alone an hour after closing and did my own Q & A. And no they don't like nor want the CO said petitioners in the interview They want the beneficiary to be able to stand on their own.

This interview is no different than a job interview and the evidence (your resume) you present need to match up to the person they see. I saw and heard CO's asking the beneficiary's to read poetry they said they wrote, sing songs and one he had read just a simple letter. because the letter was written like an American would write (the CO said) and the beneficiary who was Nigerian who barely could speak english said he wrote so the CO said okay read it. The man could not pronounce hardly anything in this letter and was denied.

TJ, as Gowon said ask your fiance' to go over every single question, his response and even the demeanor of CO. this is why the interview reviews are so vital and really would help if told by the vantage point of the one interviewed.
