hello members. i wanna know whats my next step as going to interview or not. I sent the evident that they requested from me about my adjustment of status and this is what l have on my case status .....On October 30, 2013, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Does it mean that i will not go to interview? I am confused and pls help me. thanks

It sounds like you won't have an interview. Our case was processed there and we did not have to go for an interview, but it took longer than the people who did have an interview. rose.gif

Since you came on a K1, you may have an interview or not. If you do, your case status should change to "interview and Testing", your case will be transferred to your local office, and you will receive an appointment letter in the mail. If you don't, you might just receive the GC in the mail one day. At this point, nobody will be able to tell you for sure if you have an interview or not. Just be patient and don't let the whole immigration process stress you out.
