Then say that you're no longer resident of Kuwait and now want to have your file transferred to Manila for further processing. Also provide dates when you are back in Manila so they can schedule you.

i have Question Is it allowed to change your visa appointment location to other country??

We recently sent in my DS-260 online form and they emailed us to gathered all requiments such as Police Clerance / Marraige Certificates all original and they told to wait for after 30 days ... after Ds 260 whats the next step???

If im fotunate to get an Interview schedule is it possible to change Immigrant Visa Interview Location and do it in United states ? how?

, we filled my visa application in kuwait but now i moved to manila and now currentlly on vacation here in USA.i wish to do the Interview in United states since im currenly here for vacation.my case number is in Kuwait (kwt) but It will be difficult for me to go to kuwait for a Visa interview since im not residing there anymore and my kuwait visa expired aswell.

big thanks

It won't be a VISA interview, as those aren't done in the USA.

However, is possible to chase after a Adjustment of status, resulting in a greencard,

if

You and the Petitioner submit a complete I-485 set with new fee, include copy of I-130 NOA-2 with the submittal. You should not leave the USA after filing this, plan to stay till the green card is in hand.

[apologies, I not read the rest of the replies to you]

If you want to have the interview in Manila, you have to contact the Kuwait embassy and request that the packet be sent to PI. Ifthey do it you can have the interview there .we almost had a similar situation so I checked on it .once the packet is sent to PI , they will contact you . At that time you can set the interview date and Continue as before .it is ok to move during this process , some will tell you no , but I called nvc and its ok .you do not Have to interview in the country you lived in at the beginning of the petition.just be available at an embassy for the interview. Unfortunately not in the US.

A visa is an entry document and nothing more, it has two functions:

1. It allows you to apply for entry into the US at a POE.

2. It allows a CBP officer to determine what status to give you upon entry.

Because it is an entry document, visas are only issued abroad, as there is no need to issue an entry document to someone already in the US.

now that you are in the USA, do you want to adjust status? It's allowed, and will go faster for you, now that your spouse's I-130 petition is approved.

or

do you really want to chase after a visa, at this point?
