I love coming here to see that people generaly get approved every day, and I know that I should just not say anything but as you can see its impossible to do. Do any of you know why I and only a few others seem to have been left out at the CSC? My NOA1 date was September 18, and it appears that they are just moving on down the line into the up and coming October fillers. I had them correct a spelling error on my adress back in october, do you think they moved the position of my file into the October fillers? Iam just worried, and would love to have some sort of idea to as why that might be to cool my nervs. Thanks for your understanding.

March 2006--Met while studying together in Bremen, Germany(what an unbelievable blessing)

May 2006----I flew from Frankfurt to Minsk, Belarus to be with her and her family(best time of my life)

July 2006----Presented her with a ring in Warsaw...the most wonderful, but fastest days of my life

July 2006----Back in Kansas, feeling half the man iam without her

September 2006--File for the I-129F at the NSC, then diverted to the CSC

September 2006--NOA1, CSC, September 18

October 2006-----Touched, only to correct a minor error in the spelling of my adress(better safe then sorry)

January 19th 2007---I just can't belive this, the day has come! Ketino and I are approved!!What a wonderful fealing it is!!

January 31st---NVC mailes packet to U.S embassy in Warsaw, Poland.

February 13th-- Ketino recieves packet 3 from the embassy

February 14th-- Ketino sends the packet back to the emabssy

I've been following some filers from the CSC because thats where I am too. It seems that you are ripe for your NOA2. The other guys that have Thai fiancees that filed in mid september have gotten their NOA2's very recently, like within 10 days. So, I think you are ok, and naturally anxious. I completely understand how you feel. But, I also think you are within standard timeline so don't have anything to worry about either. Hang in there and shoot me a note when you get NOA2. If you are like me you check everyday, and the one thing I hate about weekends now is that I know they aren't working on my case! Although, there have been a few mysterious "Saturday" emails, touches, and NOA2's!!!

10/26/2006 NOA1 sent snail mail

11/13/2006 Received NOA1 - (Late due to my changing residences on 11/1. FYI, move before you file!)

11/13/2006 Called Customer Service to change address

11/29/2006 Touched!

12/02/2006 Received verification of Change of Address - snail mail

01/10/2007 Bought ticket to visit Pu on Valentines Day!

01/17/2007 NOA2!! via email

01/29/2007 NVC Left - Headed for Bangkok!

02/07/2007 Packet 3 mailed from US Embassy!

02/10/2007 Packet 3 received

02/20/2007 Packet 3 mailed (EMS Next Day)

02/21/2007 Packet 3 Received at Embassy (no signature)

03/06/2007 Received response from Embassy - Packet 4 mailed 02/28/07. Interview scheduled 5/16/2007!

05/16/2007 Interview. Embassy requests passport amended. Luckily the turnaround time is two days in Bangkok.

05/21/2007 Pu returns to Embassy with new passport, visa granted. Visa issued the following day.

05/26/2007 Pu arrives in USA!

05/30/2007 Married!

06/26/2007 Overnighted AOS petition to Chicago Lockbox

06/27/2007 AOS petition delivered to Chicago lockbox, signed for by V Bustamante

very true, its just nice to have some people who understand situations like these..finals week was tough and to add to it the constant thought of getting approved always gets the best of me. thanks for the encouragment, its so hard to talk to someone about going through this process at a level that they could actually understand how hard it really is. At least its Christmas time,

Not that I want to make you worry but we were the same. Everyone was getting NOA2's from CSC around us and we had to wait almost 6mths. I think it is just luck as to who gets processed first.

Hang in there...hopefully you won't have to wait as long as us.

A friend of mine had an NOA1 dated 9/21 and she just received her NOA2 yesterday (12/15).

Hopefully you're next.

11/2004 - Met in Brazil

09/2006 - Apply for K1

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil
