we've been trying and we can't get anywhere with them. they've been rude to my wife

I know how they are...Sepcialy a woman is sooo rude ad she speaks like we are from Mars not a relative of a united states citizen. Whay you don't try to speak with a supervisor? They give more inf than a operator. All this proces is so long. We apply on September 20, 2011. Two years of waiting.

We are waiting for an interview to be sceduled at the us embassy. We got case completed on november 5, got the email of case completed on november 7, naw we have to wat for an interview. Hope not to wait so long.

Congratulations !! We received notification two days ago that our case was completed. We are so happy , We were waiting this day for so long and finally came. We started the entire process en Sep 2012. So now begins the waiting for the interview date. We are very anxious. what I can tell you is that the NVC do not give further information after the case is complete. They insist that the applicants and petitioners must wait for the response of the Embassy in where the interview will take place. In which case will show the date of the interview.
