i brought my wife from india with a cr 1 visa now she got her green card we are trying to bring her mother my mother in law. what form and what does she need to give me to mail to the ucis ? we havnet started a case yet . i am confused where to start please help

She would apply for a B2 Visitor Visa.

neither of you don't do anything.

If she wants to visit, she needs to file for a tourist visa, as said, she willl file on he own.

If you meant to file a petition to get a GC, your wife has to wait until she becomes a USC. Only US Citizens can file for parents.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
