My fiancé had her interview last week and status on the immigrant visa application went to "administrative processing". Today it went too "ready" and says your case is ready for interview when scheduled. I am assuming we do not need to schedule another interview. Can anybody tell me if they have experienced this before. Do I need to schedule another interview? Or do I wait for the next notice of issued?? Please help!

No. Everything is fine. All applications are reviewed again after the interview, so you will see AP and READY (CEAC is weird sometimes) then you will soon see ISSUED and a few days after that 2GO will pick your packet up from the embassy then you will get a call/text... ;)
