I saw the outside USA.. I keep calling its always busy! I am wondering is this phone 214 571 1600 is working at all?

Is anybody here try to call that #.

I rescheduled my mom interview early nov 18, instead of dec 9, shes done medical exam

I call the us embassy manila , she said if there is a slot go for it, but not guarantee that the consular will entertain my mom, Since the original interview is dec 9. But i will still try it. But she said some they entertained.. So it depends to consular
