Hi everyone. I noticed from other months that on the last few days, ROC applicants with no change of address and that had their Bios late/Oct to early/Nov are getting news. I guess it should be about

If I receive nothing before June 18 I am going to call and insist to speak to Tier 2, since that would put us 30 days behind national goal.

  • Vicky you gonna be just fine. I got approved on June 3 myself. Did not send any affidavits, ids or car insurances. ;) Some gonzo probably stuck your folder somewhere they weren't supposed to. It will turn up.

Talked to a tier2 officer today....can take up to over a year for certain cases!

Escurel, my advice is for you to call USCIS and ensure that a service request is filed and sent to your service center to get an update on your case. If you are with VSC, u are outside the normal processing time. They are currently servicing applications from December 2nd upward. I know so, because i called them recently. Whoever u speak with, insist that you want a service request to check the status of the case. At times, you have to be very proactive. These people are humans too and they are overwhelmed with stuffs. You file could have been dropped somewhere accidentally. You never know. Just saying.

Well, after an excruciating wait and suspense, my case was APPROVED and card production was ordered yesterday(6/9/2014). I normally don't post on discussion boards but i decided to share the good news today because i used to come here often to see other people's status and discussion as it, some how, makes it seem like there are a lot of others out there who are in the same boat and help you relax a little bit.

To everyone who is still waiting and getting frustrated, there is hope people. I wish you all the best of luck!!

Hello Friends,

I was following this forum closely since I filed my application in Nov 2013.

Sorry for the delay to update here on my case status.

On June 5th I checked the status online and I got speechless...
it says "On June 2, 2014, we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on file. You should receive your new card within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283." Yahooo!! I could not relaise wheather it was system error or Am I dreaming till I received the Approval letter.

Thanks God and because of All you beautiful people out here I gained hope and confidence.

Here are my timelines:

I-751 NOA1 Receipt: Nov 07, 2013

Bimetric: Dec 19, 2013

NO RFE, NO INTEVIEW

Approved: May 22, 2014

Card Production: June 2, 2014

Heartly congratulations who got approvals and thowse who are waiting please don't loose faith you are next on the line it's just matter of few more days.
