How long do they usually take to responses to RFE's for extra evidence of bona fide relationship?

I know it's only been a week but I have no idea how long it usually takes

I am just skeptical about travelling outside US without by GC at hand!!!!

Vicky P - Did you call the customer service line? I did, spoke with someone, they saw we were past the 6 months, got escalated to level 2 (this was May 27th) and today the card is supposed to be delivered (down to wire - mail usually here at 3p and we have to leave for airport at 315p at the latest...aigh!) So, if you haven't called, I encourage you to do so!

Rod n Christy, did you call them one time or more, talk to tier 2 and he informed me that this is normal procedure and that they have a year to approve my pettition... After that they emailed me that they received my call, i posted that above... Do you think i should call again? My dokuments got transfer to CA center on 03/14/14 and from then on nothing.... People who send papers in December in Ca are getting theirs approvals and the one from VT too, weird....

Yes, I did call the customer service line but they never connected me to a Tier2, even upon request they didn't.

I guess I have to wait!
