So I never updated my timeline due to "technical" issues but I am a November filer as well... My case was at VSC but transferred to CSC.

NOA1 - November 13, 2013

Biometrics - December 12, 2013

Case Transferred - March 14, 2014

RFE - March 28, 2014 :-( ( Sent everything except the kitchen sink)

Are you using the one from the Bio letter?

Yes - it works now. I didn't realize the Application Number from the NOA1 and the Bio letter were completely different.

I'm very nervous about getting an RFE now after seeing how many others got it! I thought USCIS were more lenient at this stage. Since we're only 25 and live in NYC, we don't have anything like mortgage/ car/ baby stuff. I hope they take that into consideration.

Jingo -- I am in the same boat as you. My husband is 24 and I am 25, we have limited documentation, too, since we do not own a house, have a baby. My husband doesn't work yet, as he is in school, so there's that, too.

BUT I've told myself to ease the anxiety -- a legitimate relationship will prevail. Even if we got to the interview stage again, I think we'd pass, no problem, since we are genuine.

So glad someone else is in the same boat! I would feel a lot more comfortable at an interview than a RFE situation where you can't even see a person and your life depends on correctly checked boxes and print outs. Ughhh.

Hello all,

I have been following this post for quite some time and wanted to share my outcome. We have two addresses as we rent a place close to my wife's job and was worried I would be questioned on that. We have a son and our marriage is legitimate. Thankfully, I didn't get a RFE or an interview.

Date of I751 - 14th Nov

NOA Date - 19th Nov

Biometrics - 2nd Dec (walk-in)

Approved - 25th April
