Hello Everyone. I've been following this thread, as I mailed my docs for ROC in late November for my wife and step-daughter and consider myself a November 2013 filer. I received an email and text at 7:30 a.m. (MDT) stating the production of new cards for them.

There has been a lot of sleepless nights these last few days and glad this is finally over. I was worried I did not submit enough evidence and was dreading the infamous RFE. No RFE's just good news.

I want to wish everyone the best on their Journey and hope you too can finally put this thing to bed.

Congrats!!! You are actually a December filer due to the date of your NOA. You should also post in that thread as well - I am sure they will be happy to see the December ball rolling for the CSC folks :-)

I must say...seeing the RFE's starting to show up I was getting worried and decided to check my status. "On April 1, 2014, we ordered production of your new card." So excited and relieved this 'process' is over.

Ralyse and Larry86 - we're keeping our fingers for you and hope the process proceeds quickly for you.

Congrats to the latest round of people with approvals!!! :thumbs:

So sorry to hear about your RFE Ralyse! :( hopefully it will be something easy to correct!!! I'm so stressed by the fact that we haven't gotten any info yet that we may have an RFE coming too, may I ask what you submitted for evidence with your packet?? Thanks!

I think you may be asking me what I submitted. Don't worry, I too was stressed and felt like I did not submit enough evidence, but I think, since this processes is very stressful and one cannot just call USCIS and speak to them (Help Desk is useless) one just only speculates and prays for the best.

Here is what I sent them and I just followed what was in the I-751 Booklet.

  • I-751 Application for both wife and step-daughter
  • Check in the amount of $675 ($505 + $160)
  • Copies of Green Cards
  • Copies of passports (wife and stepdaughter)
  • Copies of 2012 and 2011 Tax returns
  • Copies of joint finances (letters from banks and credit cards showing my wife on the accounts/ complete quarterly bank statements with transactions and deposits/ Letter from 401k company stating my wife as primary beneficiary/ copies of wife's paychecks)
  • Copies of joint health insurance (this included health invoices with my wife and stepdaughter)
  • Copies of joint memberships (zoo-health club- Costco)
  • Copies of household commonalities (copies of junk mail, invoices from Amazon, travel itineraries with the whole family)
  • Copies of Affidavits

Thanks for your info Pocho, I sent a lot of the same things you did as well, but I was asking Ralyse because she's from Canada too and just got an RFE, so I wanted to compare with what she sent.
