do i need a criminal/court record certificate for tourist visa? where do i get in Hiroshima? police station? this question is not for me (a friend) thanks in advance:)

Japanese citizens normally do not need a tourist visa to enter the US for up to 90 days. They can fill out ESTA online and come on the visa waiver program.

Police certificates are normally not required for tourist visas, unless he/she has a criminal record.
