Hi guys, I just want to check I'm getting this filing fee correct-
I'm sending off a package which includes everything listed in the guide, except the travel authorisation document (as I have no intention to travel overseas right now).

I know that the filing fee for I-485 and biometrics is $1070, but I also have an I-765 in there, and the filing fee for that is $380- does this fee still apply if I'm filing it WITH the I-485 in the same package?
I've heard somewhere that the I-765 is free if you file it with your I-485...

Does anyone know exactly what I should be paying with this package?

(I dont have any kids or anything, I am only filing for myself)

There is no fee for either an I-131 or an I-765 when filed concurrently with, or subsequent to, an I-485; this is explicitly stated in the instructions for all three forms. Provided you have no inadmissibility issues (at least 180 days of overstay, for example) then there is no downside to filing for AP now (using an I-131) since it's free and requires minimal supporting documentation. You can enter "Unknown" for the dates of intended travel. It's better to have it and not need it than to need it but not have it.

The filing fee is $1,070.
