few years ago i filed for i129f fiancee petition for my wife and her 3 kids. my wife came, then the 2 kids follow to join except for one child, he decided to stay in the philippines.now he wants to come to the U.S .my question is.Do we need to file a new petition for him or we can use the previous approved fiancee petition?

A K-2 seeking follow-to-join derivative benefits under the principle's K-1 only has a year to seek their visa; if it's been over a year then they will need to be re-petitioned all over again.

Have to start a new petition if it has been over a year since issuance of your wife's visa.
