Does Fiance need to take 3 year old son to K-1 interview?

I really think the key here is that what was said was "copy" of the I-134. Not another different filled document. Use the same one as the mother as long as the children are listed as such on the correct lines on the form. Copy is required as per explained treating them as individual visas. Was clear to me as explained.

Never does it state on Manila Embassy that a I-134 is required for a K2 filed under the K1 since the K2 is listed under the K1. Yes you can make copies, sign and send to be safe but I did not. My Fiance and two kids/K2 went to interview yesterday/Today 11-14-2013 with the ONE I-134 and had no issues what so ever.

So if you want to make a copy and sign for each K2 I see no harm in that but Embassy does not require it.

PS. VISA APPROVED ... :-)
