No negative remarks should be there...If there was anything wrong with your husband, They woulda have told him already...but since there is nothing wrong with it...there will be the background checks only left..and the only one that would know that for sure is your husband lol...so ask him and if he has nothing..then there is nothing to worry about...thats the first part..

Lets go to second part which is website says ready ...that happens with 3 cases according to me.

1-Waiting for interview date "which you have had already".

2-Visa is going to be issued soon after the interview but it never said AP before that..just ready

3-being in AP and it got finished and your case is getting reviewed by a consular to give a final decision..Reviewing isn't the same as AP...Reviewing like going over it to make sure he is doing the right decision and nothing is missing and its usually to make sure paper work is complete.

Beautiful patience.

Thank you. I just said no negative females because I have encountered a lot because of him in the MENA or whatever when people group all of them together and whatnot. I greatly appreciate your response!! There was nothing negative said to him they just kept his passport and told him they would contact him. And I emailed the consulate regarding the website and they just responded saying he was in administrative processing and would contact him. I was just curious if the website would ever say ap or would just stay ready until decision made. Inshaallah we have good news soon but until then we will be patient :-) nothing to hide and nothing to rush

I meant remarks not females! Stupid auto correct!

Courtney:

I have the exact same situation as you. Interview went well, CEAC website indicates Ready, but email to consulate since we did not get an immediate decision due to a missing document, and they emailed back indicating Administrative Processing. Furthermore - website was updated again today, and still indicates Ready, not AP. So I agree with you we just have to be patient, and in Gods will and timing, we will be moved to Issued status. I spent the last week fretting over this, and finally made peace with it, If God puts you together in the first place, then he will see fit to reunite you as well. YAY!! Can't wait to have my sweetheart back! It's been a whole year apart already (with two week long visits sandwiched in there :) Keep me posted on your updates!!
