It is possible, probably unlikely.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Maybe they might approve of it but then they would definitely question as to why apply for a tourist visa instead of a k1 or CR1 if you are married. They might think that you're up to something. It'll give them a reason to think something bad about you.

Living in the Philippines is different from living in the US. Describing why you'd "definitely" go back to the Philippines after visiting the US would be really hard especially that you can get married in the US while in your B2 and bypass certain processes of the system for immigration.

If they grant you a B2 and you apply for K1 or CR1 they would also cancel your B2 and I'm thinking for the same reason. Since you are already scheduled then might as well try it. Hope things go well nonetheless :)
