Waiting time for the NVC case number

hello guys, just giving you update that we received our NVC case number through email , i suggest that those who are still waiting of NVC case number should email

NVCInquiry@state.gov ... they will email you the complete information including the invoice ID number. Thank God we received it just now sending good vibes to everyone...

So happy right now, so after waiting so .long for my case to shipped to Nvc. I call uscis last week they told me they send my case off which I no was a lie , so I call dos today they said they didn't receive my case... so today my fiance call bk uscis I told his to tell them he wanted to speak to a tier operator or a supervisor, so the agent told him to perhaps he could help so m fiance told him that we got approve nov8 and that the nvc didn't receive our case so why was it still in Texas,,, so the agent told him he would get him a supervisor and that he would be on hold for an hour or he can't request a call bk which he did,,so supervisor call bk and said yes case was in Texas and we he couldn't tell us when it would reaches the nvc and that by the 19 we would get a reply from them about the progress of our case ,,,,,so m y fiance said to him we pay $340 for a service and nothing seems to be getting done,,, half hour later we got and update that the re-affirmed petition was shipped to dos......so guys don't sit down and let time pass by if u get and email that ur petition was approve and foward to the listed consulate then its still at Texas ....until Texas send u a second email that the re-affirmed petition was shipped to nvc or does then its still there

Thanks! I called them today for my case and the first person i got said it was shipped which was a lie...i called back and the second representative said "oh wait its not shipped!!" so they are sending a request to have it shipped now....my case has been at USCIS since oct 28th .....such a waste of time!!!

OK if u don't receive and update by tomorrow that it was shipped...when u call BC tell them you wanna talk to a tier 2 operator or a supervisor

How did you know your case has been shipped yesterday ? my case got approve on Nov 14 and yesterday i called to NVC and they didnt recieve my case yet, so i called to USCIS and asked tier 1 to transfer my call to tier 2 so i can find that why my case hasn't been transferred yet. But tier 1 wasn't transferring my call because he said you got the approval letter and it has mention that to wait for 30days. If NVC wouldn't get your case in 30days then USCIS will find out more.

It was CSC (California).
