hiii..i need a help....i came last year in december with k3 visa from bosnia..i've got approved i-130....i;ve applied for i-485 to register permanemt status or adjust status...in august this year they took my biometrics,fingerprints....but in this period my wife was cheated on me..find another man and now month ago she went to the court and want divorce...she refused to fill affidavit of suport...and last friday she forced me to went out from our apartment and now i'm at my friend's place....i heard from her stepfather that police came and looked for me,that fridey,but she didn't tell me anything about that...something that they wanted to give me,some papers for divorce.he said....i don't know what she said to them in court..or is that how is suppose to be??.the question is what time i have before immigration tell me to go out from usa??and is there any chance that i can stay in usa without her???? i'll be greatfull for your help..... sorry about my english..i'm still learning.... thanks

Since everyone's facts and circumstances are so different it is probably best if you retain your own legal counsel.

Very good freind of my wife experienced major problems with their marriage shortly after arriving to the U.S. While the circumstances are probably too different to warrant writing what she did to resolve the issue, I'd simply suggest that you do what she did initially --- obtain a competent Immigration Attorney.

get yourself a divorce lawyer And an immigration lawyer. And don't trust anyone who says they can handle both :P

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card
