hi guys, My fiance is just working for 2 years and 7 months as Registered Nurse , and we can only provide W2 and ITR for 2 years, though his salary is not below poverty line, do you think it would be a problem?do the embassy really require 3 year W2, 3 year ITR? I would greatly appreciate your replys. thank you

What the embassy wants is the latest (2012) ITR and W2. The past years are just optional.

1 year of ITR will be sufficient for I-134 but you do need 3 years ITR for I-864 during your AOS.

You can bring along employment letter stating that he is full time employee and recent pay stub? 3 months pay stub will do.

Hope it helps otherwise other VJ-er may enlighten you

They only need the latest ITR and it would be good if you can provide an employer's letter that states his rate, job, and whether he is permanent or not. You can then add paystubs and other earlier ITR. Just secure the most recent ITR and employer's letter about his job.

Don't worry about the tenure :) If he is permanent in his job the better and that would be reflected on the employer's letter. :) hope this helps.

The embassy only requires the most recent tax return and W-2, which currently would be 2012. USEM does not want 3 years of tax returns.
