Peru Specific.

We are trying to get an average cost for medical to know how much we need to bring to be safe.

My fiance will need to get probably 3 vaccine shots, and the other tests that are required.

If you could list the month/year you had your medical, and what your expenses were...

1.) Month/Year you had your medical.

2.) How many vaccines you had given.

3.) The price you paid.

Thanks! We are setting up our medical on Monday, and want a good idea on what to bring for money!

S/.400 soles (approx 155 USD) for adults
S/.240 soles for children under 14 (95 USD approx)

Vaccines are a separate cost - see below -
1/31/2013: I spoke with Doctor Melinchon office, an adult may need up to 3 immunizations, maybe less. The maximum additional cost would be S/.370(~$145 USD)

Make your medical appointment after receipt of interview appointment letter. Must be done in this order.
1/31/2013: The medical reports can be mailed in via DHL post-interview.
