Depending how you paid you might want to cancel that payment for e-filling of I-765. Fee cannot be waived if e-filled even when you are about to send AOS. AOS is $1070 (inc biometrics fee) and if you would send your i-765 and optional (& recommended) i-131 in the same package then they the fee for those are waived.

You cannot e-file an I-765 online when using the eligibility code C-9 (AoS applicant). You should withdraw that application; I don't know if you will can / will receive a refund of the fee you paid.

Submit a paper I-765 along with your AoS packet; there is no additional fee for filing concurrently with, or subsequent to, an I-485.

The fee for an I-485 is $1,070.
