i think we should forget about our i 130 approvals ...i am so sick and tired of watching the USCIS"S games daily ..what do you think ? they are just making money and letting us to stuck in waiting boat ..so if you are agree then let me know ?

Please keep in mind that some dates are only known after receipt of another document.
For example, the USPS Form 3811. The stamped receiving date was not know until the original Form 3811 was received on 07/13/2013 1:30 p/m CST.

Freeing up time for someone else with the fortitude to see it out isn't the worst idea I've seen.

December 12th, 2013: Picked up marriage license.

December 14th, 2013: Wedding

No offense, but the person I'm petitioning is my husband of 7 1/2 years. The father of my children. The person I've lived with for 8 years. The love of my life. My marriage would absolutely have to be in the toilet for me to stop thinking about it until it's been after 11 months.

I feel it every day that he's not here, as do my children. I feel it when I wake up and he's not there. I feel it when we eat breakfast, and he's not there. I feel it the entire day when I'm caring for our children, and I know he's not going to be coming back from work at night. I feel it when I go to sleep at night and he's not there. My children talk about him all the time. They tell me how much they miss him. They cry because he's not here, and I cry because I know that it's MY fault that they are missing their father, because I couldn't cope with living abroad any more. This was supposed to be almost over by now, and we haven't even gotten past the initial review yet.

I love my husband. If he was the kind of person I could forget about, I wouldn't have married him. I can't just put one of the most important people in my entire life out of my head.

Wow, much commitment here I see.

It is up to you what you want to do. I would not go through a process like this if I really did not want to bring my loved one here, have come so far...just to give up? Will keep on trying no matter how long it takes.

Errrr from what I understand the person never suggested that you guys forget your loved ones or give up. That's a pretty nasty assumption. The only thing she/he was saying that we should stop obsessing abt it and let go of the frustration till its been eleven months since our NOA-1. Why does everyone out here just assume and start attacking the poor person who starts the thread. You guys start judging a person's commitment to the relationship way too soon. You need to relax.

Anyway, loveisblind keep yourself busy and trust God plus do everything you can to stay close to your spouse during this hard time :) I hope the torture ends soon for all of us.
