Im unsure whether the co-sponsor has to match his I-134 or maybe if there are things that needs to change?

i'm not trying to sidestep your question, but what you are asking is very broad and general. they use the same I-134 form, so yes, they will answer the same questions, but the information they key in will be different. if you can tell me which specific questions on the I-134 you think might be filled in differently, then maybe one of us here can help. you can also refer to the sample form on VJ -- http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

Hi Kat, sorry for the late reply. You can disregard that last one. Anyways, I just finished the interview and they gave me 4 documents. 1 is a documenting requesting for a marriage certificate, the 2nd is the document submission lettter, the 3rd is telling me to submit the document that was requested, and the 4th is telling me that " Your application is under process. The Embassy will return your passport by courier if your application is approved."

So with that being said, did I pass the interview and got approved or are they still holding my passport until I submit the marriage certificate?

it means that they won't be able to issue your visa until you have submitted your marriage certificate.

congrats on getting past the interview!

Ahh okay. Thank you  But Im a little bit unsure whether I passed the interview and got approved.... so frustrating :(

Hi,

I just had my interview this morning and it went smooth. I have no missing documents and they retained my passport. The Consul Officer said that my case seems fine and asked me to register my delivery address/pick up location.

I asked if I am approved but the CO didn't give me a straight yes, haha!! He said he intends to approve it but if something comes up within the week they will call me directly which he doubts. But still he said to wait until I hear from them. I feel that I am approved but I don't want to celebrate yet until I have my visa on hand. Better be safe than sorry! hahaha!!

I'm having problems on the Aramex website. I was able to enter all information until the MRV receipt number and after I click continue it brings me to the "Schedule Consular Appointment". There is no back button as suggested in other threads so I'm not sure if I was able to register correctly. :( I tried the toll free number but it's no longer working.

If anyone has encountered this error before please let me know if I did it correctly. I did not see a confirmation page.

Thanks all!! This thread has been a great help!! Special thanks to kitkat :)

Congrats! Interview sounds like it went really well. Usually COs don't say straight out that you're approved because they still do run one final background check on you prior to visa issuance.

Anyway, I had the same problem as you with Aramex, here's how I fixed it: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/463628-singapore-k1s/?p=6706923 had no issues and received my packet in a couple days after.

Hi guys, just checked the CEAC for my status and it now says "issued". What does it mean exactly?

Please advise.

Thank you.

Congrats! It means you are approved and your visa has been issued! :)

Now it's just a matter of time before you have your passport back, with your visa in it.

My CEAC status changed from Ready to Administrative Processing to Issued yesterday.

And just today, I received an email saying that my passport have been collected from the US Embassy/Consulate. Can't wait to have it delivered to my office!! :dancing:

God is good :) ... Now, I gotta plan my going away party hehehe I'm thinking you're thinking the same thing too. ^_^

Yes God is good!! :) When do you intend to leave? As for me, I plan to maximize the validity of the visa (hopefully 6 months!).. I have some work to do and want to spend Christmas and New Year back home.. and then start fresh in 2015 (L)

For me, I intend to leave right after I finish working at the hospital. Probably around the second week of Sept. Attend the CFO and maybe around early October I will finally join my future hubby... hehehe it sounds good saying it lmao (L)(L)(L);)
