November 2013 filers?

Not even which is another reason why I'm upset. Apparently one has to an additional 30 days after the processing time to be considered outside processing times.

I called as well, gave me the same date of Oct 22nd. The agent also said she can not put in a service request because the application is still within their normal processing time frame.... I was also told I should hear something within 60 days... Ugh.

So i finally got pack 3 today. I was wondering when you guys did tge medical because it says to wait until they tell.us to schedule an appointement. But for me it is a long ride to get to the city wheee they do the medical and i also have a newborn baby with me and aince i am there anyways in a few weeks i thought to just get it done so its over.

It depends by country, but my packet also mentioned that I had to wait until I got an appointment before I could schedule my medical. I needed my interview appointment letter first. You could call the consulate and ask about the procedure in your country or actually easiest is to call the appointed medical clinic that does the medicals to see what they need and if you can make an appointment now. Usually they are very knowledgeable about this stuff.

Relieving for sure. I think it will still be another 3 months or so before we have the visa but at least the worst is behind us.

I just want everyone who was waiting as long or longer than myself to get approvals. Shouldn't take 5-6 months when some are approved in weeks!

Yeah but at least we know they are making progress with the november/december filers etc. and getting a day closer to ours. I wish you luck in the rest of your process.
