God I wish... it's un-nerving how people are being approved even though they filed after we did. All I can do wait still. I have most of the next step docs ready but I don't want to send anything fearing that the dates on them will be too soon for the interview.

Question,: for proof of income will copies of my w-2 for the last three years suffice? Or should I really get a transcript from the irs?

I have done interview,I was pretty organised with all requried paperwork. Now i am waiting for my paspport to give back. They did not work yesterday! Hope this week brings some good luck again!

Our Visa was proced very fast i am trusting on the good continue, and can travel back to the States finally see my Fiance.

It's still "On February 6, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION" ...Maybe I'm just getting impatient, but I'd love for something to change x)

Nevermind, fiance managed to get through and they said they don't have our case yet and that it might take 8 weeks. BS. *coughs* Also - a small side question about the medical check. If its possible to get one - now - before the case would be send here and everything? So I could get it out of the way? Or do I have to wait for Package 3 to arrive for medical.

When my case was shipped to NVC, I received an email notification, and my USCIS website status changed as well, to:

"Post Decision Activity

On February 3, 2014, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly."

So, if it hasn't changed, I would think that maybe it's still at TSC? Wait a little longer and see what happens...

And the 8 weeks thing is the norm. It's a scripted response.

As for the medical, it really depends on how your Embassy does things. In some cases, for example, you need a NVC Case Number to book it. Do bear in mind that the medical's date influences your visa expiration date and your AOS paperwork. So getting it too early might not be ideal. Hope this helps.

my status on USCIS never changed after they approved my petition, it is still the "on the ... we mailed you a notice that we approved this petition".

I got a mailed notice from NVC 3-4 weeks after we received NOA2 hardcopy.

We just had our visa approved today! My fiance and I had known each other for only 3 months before we filed and I seriously thought that would be an issue but the interview in Bucharest Romania appeared to be a formality. We noticed that the passport of my fiance was put into the envelope before the interview started which seemed to imply that we had already been "tentatively" approved before we had the interview. Im feeling very blessed today and I am sending good vibes to everyone that is still waiting for the good news. Stay positive, confident, and strong, and your time to celebrate will come!
