I'm in New Jersey

Oh great, and we have very close time lines too so it will be good to compare.

I have my date for biometrics already - 29th Nov, but then I am already in the country so maybe on a different schedule -???

I might be wrong but I think for the first package what you really need is receipts of reservation (hotels, restaurants), passport stamps, boarding passes. Sure if you had pictures it is good for your case but I think there are not primary proofs. But again, you may want to check with people more experienced in the process !! Anyway hope everything goes well for you and all of us smile.png

If you google proof for marriage visa or some such there are some great sites for advice, usually from lawyers or USCIS workers. Quite often they throw up ideas you hadn't even thought of such as receipts of gifts and phone records. Photos are just one thing there are lots more.

16th October 2013: Application Sent

31st October 2013: Email and Text message NOA1

We'll be using a co-sponsor as we have a household of 5 to factor in, but we'll only get started on the paperwork once we get the NOA2, as well.

The co-sponsoring worries me more than any other part so I shall be following your progress.

My fiancée sent the papers on November 6th and we haven't heard anything so far (we did include a g1145). Is that normal?! The package tracking showed that it was picked up Monday after 5pm.

It seems that the NOA1 texts/emails are taking roughly a week, with the hardcopies taking another week. I guess our should really only come next week, but I find this part so hard to wait for, when you know it's really just a matter of days and not weeks or months.

The co-sponsoring worries me more than any other part so I shall be following your progress.

May I ask why?

For me, what I fear most is my ex-'s reaction. I have two children that I want to take with me, as I have main custody and their father has moved to England, but he can still complicate things.
