Brilliant news, our packet 3 has arrived from US to HUngary!! I have to getting my papers and call up the Embassy for Interview date and medical!!

Hi, u will get couple of paper and instructions from ur Embassy by post!! Generally administration they are call getting ur PACKET 3!!

We just called NVC. They said they our case has been sent to Vancouver Consulates yesterday. I already have all the doc such as birth certificate, med record, police certificate as they listed on the website ready. The thing I'm not so sure is how are they gonna contact me? by email or by mail? Are they gonna send to petitioner address or beneficiary address? I'm sooo happy everything went smooth. Thanks for everyone on VJ. Couldn't make it this far without everyone's help~ Cheers!

Hi all,

We just called NVC. They said they our case has been sent to Vancouver Consulates yesterday. I already have all the doc such as birth certificate, med record, police certificate as they listed on the website ready. The thing I'm not so sure is how are they gonna contact me? by email or by mail? Are they gonna send to petitioner address or beneficiary address? I'm sooo happy everything went smooth. They snail mail you instructions!! Basically they tell you to download packet 3 from the Van Consulate website...print it out and check all the boxes that pertain to you and fill out the online DS160 form....you then put in the bar code number from the completed DS160 form on the packet 3 checklist...sign it...scan the completed form then attach it to an email and send it to the address provided...think its vancouverK@state.gov.... once submitted they email you confirmation that they received your email (1-2 days) and then mail you packet 4 (about a week for me to get...but im up in NE BC). Packet 4 gives you instructions on how to book your interview (https://usvisa-info.com/en-CA/selfservice/ss_country_welcome) and where to get your medical exam (dr.cheema). Once you book your interview (they are booking near the end of March) and pay the fee ($240 or $260 cant remember) you email Dr. Cheema (panelphysicianUSA@drcheema.ca) to schedule a medical...they respond within the day....the packet 4 letter will tell you what to put in the email when booking the appointment

I wanted an interview in Feb but the earliest is end of march.... You cant look at the appointment dates until you have the packet 4 instruction....but once you make an appointment and pay the fee you can always log in and check to see if any spots open up.... Ive heard of others doing so...

Yup, I wish it could be sooner, but I don't mind to do interview in April. We are planning to drive my stuff to Cali. It's better to wait until the weather become warmer. I really don't want to get stuck in the snow mountain.
