June 11 - "Welcome to America" letter received!!!!!! WE WENT GREEN!
March 10 - Packet sent to CSC
March 13 - Delivered
March 15 - Check Cashed
March 17 - NOA Arrived

Ok seriously... what is it with the Cali Service Center?

So many left and right are getting approvals, while Texas seems to be dragging

Or K-1 Visa Journey:


- November 9th, 2013 : Sent I-129f package (FedEx)


- November 15th, 2013: Check was Cashed


- November 15th, 2013: NOA1 e-mail notification (TSC) smile.png


- November 21st, 2013: NOA1 Hard Copy arrived. (Official Notification Date - Nov 14th)


- November 21st, 2013: Alien Registration Number Changed


- February 7th, 2014: NOA2 received by text & email!! (85 days from NOA1 to NOA2) dancin5hr.gif heart.gif


- February 13th, 2014 (14th in Philippines...Happy Valentine's Day Surprise Babe!!rose.gif heart.gif ): I-129F shipped to Dept. of State to receive visa #


- February 14th, 2014: NOA2 hardcopy received.... Happy Valentine's Day!


- February 21st, 2014: NVC assigns visa number. Can now schedule online, interview for fiance at US Embassy


- February 24th, 2014: Now have interview date!! (May 5, 2014 @ 7:30 am)


- February 25th, 2014 (26th in Philippines): Fiance finished medical exam & vaccinations (all in one early & long day) @ St. Luke's & passed


- February 25th, 2014 (26th in Philippines): US Embassy - Manila (USEM) receives our case & is READY for interview


- February 26th, 2014 (26th in Philippines): Able to reschedule for a March 12th interview date! Whoo Hoo!!

that's what i would like to know as well i know that it is supposed to take 5 months but i am slowly just getting a bit nervous because so many people that started the process after me are already approved makes me think that something is wrong with our Petition . But i am trying to stay positive and Patient .

We notice those case from CSC approved so fast but a little slow in forwarding to NVC took long weeks in NVC...

Those from TSC and VSC took long for approval but kinda fast in forwarding in NVC which u can get a week or 2week ur case number,.. then from NVC going to your designated embassy they pretty fast only week or less.. Hope it helps ;)

That seemed to be the norm a while back, where California was approving left and right and Texas was slower. Now it looks as though they've both slowed down.

JUST JOINED THIS SITE A WEEK BACK BUT READ ALL UR POSTS OF NOVEMBER FILERS.I SALUTE TO THEM WHO ARE WAITING WITH PATIENCE FOR THEIR NOA2 AND NVC NO N STUFF.MEMBERS LIKE SPARKLE PONY N OTHERS. GOT MY NOA1 VIA EMAIL ON 2ND JAN 2014,ALIEN NO CHANGED ON 7TH JAN 2014. JUS PRAYIN N HOPING FOR MIRACLE SO THT MY NOA2 COMES THIS MONTH.. BCE THIS WAITIN PERIOD IS REALLY VERY IRRITATING. Jenrick13, I see medical was 4 days apart and there were no issues. My fiancé is in Ozamiz so I was planning on 2 different trips to manila. I guess it's best not to press my luck but was anything said to you about the medical and interview being close together?

I had also a prob in my med result an expectedly but i talked all the stadd even their head dept. Coz my interview date will be in 3days.. So they were so understanding and they rush all my med and finished it in oneday :-)

I received my noa1 on November 12. Still no noa2... :( did the trend slow, like a lot? I'm happy for all the people who got approved in two and three weeks, but what about us?

I want you to get approved soon too((( I was looking at your timeline the other day, because you are a Russian filer at TSC like me. I have been keeping tabs on us Russians because I was hoping there is some sort of trend in NOA2s maybe.

I saw that a Russian filer at TSC was approved who received a NOA1 around your time.. maybe you are soon?

I hope you do and then me soon after too))
