Ok. So just get to the medical exam early and it should only take one day? That sounds good. Thanks!

Just come early atleast 2am coz people arrived there by 2am. The clinic will open by 4:30 but it has already a long line... 6am will be the start of med if you want to be done in one day.. Remember be atleast in 1-5 no. Coz thats one day process ;) if ur in a 6-15 its kinda 2 day process depend also coz they priority the senior citizen, thats why better be early ;)

I am happy you guys got approved)) But I don't think calling or anything during the NOA2 wait time is going to make it go any faster for me. I think maybe all Philippines cases are getting processed exponentially faster than most other countries.

Congratulations though)

As for speeding things up, if you call and email, often times you will get information that would take weeks to get if you just wait for them to contact you. So while it may not speed some things up, it is not a bad idea to call or email or both because it can possibly allow you to move on to the next step (ie gettting your case number faster from the NVC). For example, I still haven't been notified that my case was sent to the NVC and that I have a case number via the email/text system that they have. But I called and got all of that information and have been able to move on to the other steps much quicker. Hope that makes sense. All I can say is be patient, but like I like to say, "Push with patience!" :)

I agree and the USCIS does mention on their website that certain types of cases in the Philippines are being expedited due to the typhoon so that does kind of explain the trend we are seeing with the super fast approvals etc.,

Congrats to all of you that have been approved!

VJ got most of our mid to late November filers excited. They revise ahead the timeline everyday before holiday and now they revise it back everyday. I'm now almost giving up tracking it.

It seems really hard to get any useful information or updates from USCIS via their toll free call center. I tried to ask today about my RFE status and all they do is read verbatim the words from the USCIS website after inputting my receipt number. I already know what it says so I tried to probe further and ask if there's any issues or such and they just say no and that it takes up to 60 days to get a reply.

I confirmed that I am approved for expedite status yet the process is moving abnormally slow for an expedite case, imo...

Been calling the NVC non-stop and today I got word that my case has been shipped to the consulate and was assigned a NVC, IIN, and Beneficiary Number (not sure what this is). Good luck to everyone else I am honestly a little surprised at how fast this is going. My attorney said this would take 8 months to a year.

Who would you call or especially E-mail?

Would it be the same E-Mail for Texas Service Center?

Calling USCIS during the NOA2 is quite useless. I've been trying to do that and I did not get anywhere. Feels like I am talking to a telemarketer reading from a script. They just say to keep waiting and waiting... :(

My case is confirmed expedited but still waiting for NOA2. I guess this is not a good sign for people under regular status.

I am happy you guys got approved)) But I don't think calling or anything during the NOA2 wait time is going to make it go any faster for me. I think maybe all Philippines cases are getting processed exponentially faster than most other countries.

Congratulations though)
