Hi everyone, I am a late October filer and decided to join this forum too since we are closer to November. Seems most from October have gotten their responses. We are still waiting. For the sake of my sanity, I decided I won't check my case status for the rest of the month, but we all know that won't happen, so I will check again Saturday!

Just recieved noa2 from tsc. We are approved!!! We are so happy and I hope it starts everyone's approvals to pour in

Congratulations! Your timeline is close to mine, let's hope they keep approving case fast!

Our dates are very close as well - fingers crossed. According to My Case Status our 'Last Updated' date hasn't changed since our Alien Registration Number was changed. Fingers crossed!

How do you check when your status was last updated? I looked at my case status on the USCIS website but no info on updates...

Confused,

Since receiving our receipt number by e-mail 22 November 2013 , my fiancee (Petitioner) have received nothing else since. When we go to USCIS websitte and enter the receipt number we get the following message.

."On November 27, 2013, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance."

I know its early days but is there something he needs to do or do we just wait and keep checking our status.

I see alot of November's filier have been receiving quick response so hopefully we are one of them too.

Cheers!

I don't want to worry a bit I know its a stressful process and I guess patient is the best thing for the moment and God's time is the best ,don't feel misfortune for receiving an NOA2 later than the other just be positive and confident that you will meet your love soon no matter how long it will take everyone of us will meet and live happily ever after .Let's cheer up ,confess positive even though there is nothing just be positive.idea9dv.gifidea9dv.gifidea9dv.gif

Patience really is the name of the game. It's frustrating when you see others get NOAs or Alien Number changing, or whatever it is, and you're still waiting, and waiting. It's definitely a test to us all.

Patience is definitely needed in this process. But i think we are still fine it used to take so much longer until applications got approved, i am also getting frustrated from times when i see others with a later filing date get their application approved. But we don't know in which order they actually work on it and as long as i am able to be back next year i am trying not to complain. I agree that it is a pretty hard process. I used to live with my fiance in the US and i am just back since September and i miss him a lot especially with having a baby together in february it is hard to do it on my own but i believe that once we manage that situation it will make us as a couple even stronger and it proves how serious one is.

All of us just have to try to hang in there and think positive it will be all fine in the end.

I feel the same way, especially about others who filed later than me get approved so quickly. When I was living in Korea, I was living with my fiance. It was the best time in my life ... now I'm coping with the separation anxiety. It's been a rough road and all I can do is look forward for him to be with me in the US next year. But yes definitely hang in there and think positive and we will all get that happy ending. :)
