I am an October filer and mine also being pushed up several times even earlier today it was pushed up. Currently it is Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between November 17, 2013 and November 25, 2013*

Still no RFE and my timeline is up to date.

Others probably know more but my experience is that you A number is personal to the individual who is the alien. So I have had the same A number since I entered on one visa, then adjusted my status on that visa to allow employment and still now that that visa is over and my husband is petitioning for me. They have never changed mine, don't know why they would but it seems to happen. Anyway - my experience is that it is unique and personal to the individual person a bit like a SS number. Its pretty handy too because once you know it you can reference yourself in correspondence and phone calls quickly and easily.

Every time a member with Texas updates their timeline, VJ updates everyone else's automatically. That's why filling a timeline helps everyone on VJ; because it's more data for the statistical pool. That's how we get our projections, and that's why they're only projections, estimates - they're statistical predictions based on the data that VJ members give.

I suggest for those who are waiting for their case number, keep sending emails 3-5 times a day the NVC bout ur case number. In few days you'll get a message from them saying they will be the one going to follow up ur petition from uscis.. Just like wat happened tp us.. Or instead inquiry direct follow up to nvc research center.. Its more fast their process to locate ur petition good luck to us

Anyway, I did put in my ER yesterday to the USCIS call center. They asked me the reasons so I have a feeling they

will request hard copy evidence which might take time and cause delays as I need docs from the Philippines.

I filed my K1 few days before Yolanda landed to the island/s.

6NOV--uscis received K1 app.

8NOV-NOA1

13NOV-"ER" Expedite Request.

25NOV-NOA2
