Thanks so much everyone ^^ I'm really excited for everyone else in here to get NOA2 as well! Hopefully it's this week for those waiting too :)

I'm assuming that it just depends on the background checks they have to do and things like that? Or how straightforward the case is ^^ I really wish we could know more about how they do things/why they do things so it could be easier for us to understand the process! :P

-30th oct 2013: sent I-129f package

-1st nov 2013: package arrived at lockbox

-6th nov 2013: received noa1 email/text

-8th nov 2013: alien registration number changed

-15th nov 2013: noa1 hard copy arrived

-19th nov 2013: noa2!!!!

-17th dec 2013: nvc receive

-23rd dec 2013: consulate receive

-15th jan 2014: medical done

-3rd feb 2014: found out interview date via email

-7th feb 2014: received interview letter

-14th feb 2014: interview APPROVED!!!!!! <3

-22nd feb 2014: visa in hand

-26th feb 2014: POE New York JFK

-26th feb 2014: together <333

K1 journey over! Next stop AOS! married! :D

AOS <3

-23rd may 2014 send paperwork with USPS

-26th may 2014 usps says delivered!

-2nd june 2014: NOA1 texts received

-4th june 2014: biometrics letter receive

-26th june 2014: biometrics appointment

-6th august 2014: EAD card production ordered!!!!

My thoughts as well too! If we only knew. But everyones case is different as well. Like mine, i have three children with the man i am trying to petion to come back here. However i will have to fill out and pay for a wavier for him too since he has one EWI. I am hoping friday will be my lucky day for my NOA2 but maybe early next week too. Heres to hoping and prayers to all!

I haven't received a message about my alien registration number changed yet cray5ol.gif

I haven't either, but we're both TSC (we have the same NOA1 date as well). California is moving faster than Texas in regards to that.

Actually my case is one of the unusual one but just hoping for the best there is true feelings here no fraud cause that's what the officers thinks that it could be a fraud I hope they feel what I feel.

11/11/2013:I-129F sent:(VETERAN HOLIDAY)

11/12/2013:1-129F Received(UPS Notification)

11/15/2013:NOA1 Received a text and email

11/17/2013:NOA1 HARD COPY RECEIVED

11/22/2013:Alien number changed#(Received a text and an email)

02/03/2014: I-129F RFE(s)

02/05/2014:I-129F RFE(s) Hardcopy Received

02/10/2014:I-129 RFE(s) sent

02/13/2014:I-129F RFE(s) Received Package.(Received a text and email notification)

02/18/2014:NO2A Test and emai

03/07/2014:NVC Recieved.

03/11/2014:NVC Left

03/15/2015:Consulate Recieved.

From what I've read, fraud tends to be looked at more closely at the Embassy. It seems that USCIS only cares about if all the requirements for the petition are met (all the paperwork, evidence of meeting, etc). As long as all that clears, they approve the petitions.

Our case is straightforward I believe ^^ we have met 4 times in person with lots of proof, no previous marriages, no overstays on visa etc. Because we are both 19 we decided to include letters from his parents and my parents just in case xD

I must admit that i am a bit scared that i will have problems with our pettition. I lived in the US for the past 5 years just came back to Germany this year September i have never overstayed or been in the US illegally but for some reason i fear that they question why i left even though we want to get married. But i am hoping all will be fine in the end .

I submitted my I-129F form today.

Dec 10th noa2 text/email approved!!!

Dec 17th noa2 hard copy received

Dec 30th called and was given a case number

Jan 3rd NVC sent to cembassy

Jan 8th embassy received

Feb 3rd interview complete. Approved!!!!

Feb 10th visa in hand!!!

Feb 18th POE orlando Florida!

Just got the text/email about two hours ago for our NOA1!!!

Current status on USCIS is "Initial Review".

I-129F received at Dallas Lockbox Nov 15

NOA1 received on November 20th at 3:30PM Central

July 10, 2012 - July 14, 2012 First met in Hong Kong during a port visit

Oct 25, 2012 - October 29, 2012 Met again on another port visit this time in Manila

Dec 26, 2012-Jan 08, 2013 Flew to Manila to meet again, stayed in Dasmarinas City and Quezon Province

May 11, 2013 - May 31, 2013 Flew again to Manila to meet, stayed in Dasmarinas City, Puerto Galera and Quezon Province.

November 11, 2013 I-129F mailed

November 15, 2013 I-129f received at Dallas Lockbox

November 20, 2013 NOA1 received

November 26, 2013 Alien Registration Number changed

December 13, 2013 NOA2 email received

December 19, 2013 NOA2 (I-797) hardcopy received

December 20, 2013 Email from USCIS that packet was sent to NVC

January 6, 2014 Called NVC and received MNL# / Appointment scheduled for March 19, 2014

January 13, 2013 Received letter from NVC with MNL#

Just got my Alien Registration Number notification. Guess someone is looking at our file now which is a good thing. Crosses finger for no RFE.

11/05/2013 - Sent I-129F Form

11/13/2013 - cash checked

11/18/2013 - receive text and email notification for NOA1

11/20/2013 - receive text and email notification for Alien Registration Number changed

12/12/2013 - receive text and email notification for NOA2 (Approved!)

01/14/2014 - fiancée received package #3

01/21/2014 - Package #3 sent

01/22/2014 - Consulate received Packaged #3

02/24/2014 - HSBC bank payment completed

03/11/2014 - Medical Exam + Shots completed

03/21/2014 - interview date

03/21/2014 - Approved!
