Hi:

Kind of new to the process and I have done a lot of reading and package its almost complete. However, I'm kind of confuse with the DS-160!!! My Fiance had filed this form in the past for her tourist visa, and now it is required for the K-1 application. Do we need to re-fill this form and pay as well in order to submit the DS-160 as part of the package?

I have a same situation here, mine was delivered on the 4th. You should check your money order or bank account and see either or not the money has been cash. In case it did, you will be fine. Just be patient and wait. Some ppl dont receive NOA1 but NOA2 after months. But if you are worry, you should call and ask them.

Been checking my online banking constantly afraid my bank gonna think something fishy is up..lol thanks for the response feeling much better about this.

I believe the form will have to be filled in again, but I may be wrong. As for the fee, there's a visa fee that will need to be paid, but I don't know if it's the same one as for the form. Just goes to show how much I know, lol. Either way, it's still a long time away as that will only have to be done once your packet reaches her consulate. Until then, you have much to do and much waiting.

Such exciting news!! I am trying not to get my hopes up now lol. I am hoping for my NOA1 tomorrow or Friday.

Hey guys! for those of you worrying about NOA1 not arriving yet, try not to worry. ^^ I'm sure that everything is fine I know how I felt when I was waiting for mine, I was scared that we forgot to sign something, something went wrong with the check etc, but everything was alright! ^^ (thankfully my fiancé isn't a worrier like me xD)

There are quite a few of you who mentioned that you are worried that you haven't got yours yet, have you guys got confirmation of it being delivered? If it says it's delivered, and you still haven't got your NOA1 after a few weeks (they can take that long, I believe. It just seems that a lot of people get theirs fast) then try to contact USCIS if you're concerned. If you don't have delivery confirmation, it could simply just be a case of the mail being slow

Also make sure to check your spam folder of your email account, just in case the notification ended up in there somehow! I know sometimes important emails of mine accidentally get in there by mistake so it's worth checking! ^^

As for everyone else waiting for NOA2, our case hasn't been touched since the 8th xD I'm trying my best not to check tons of times a day!! I'm really really hoping one of us gets our NOA2 soon, i'll be super happy! If you haven't already, it's worth checking the October filers thread ^^ as that can give you an idea of where USCIS are in processing our cases But keep in mind everyone's case is different, so don't be worried
