Post Decision Activity

On February 7, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

We got approved on a Friday and the case was sent to NVC the following Monday. TSC forwards them much quicker than CSC does, from what I've seen lately.

11/09/2013 - I-129F Packet mailed to Dallas Lockbox                                                                                         06/22/2015 - AOS packet mailed to Chicago Lockbox

02/14/2014 - Case shipped to Embassy, where it waited for over a year at my request                                 11/07/2015 - AOS approved (EAD and AP had already been approved) - there was no interview

05/21/2015 - Interview - Approved

We got approved on a Friday and the case was sent to NVC the following Monday. TSC forwards them much quicker than CSC does, from what I've seen lately.

How do I find out:

1- when the NVC receives our petition

2-When the NVC sends our petition to US Embassy - Manila

3-When the US Embassy receives our file

Received visa today! So happy, grateful and lucky to complete this so much quicker then we anticipated. Words cannot express. I am still pulling for everyone here for quick approvals. Just a plane flight away now.

Nov 11th k-1 received at lockbox

Nov 15th noa1 text/email Texas service center

Nov 21st noa1 hard copy received and alien number changed

Dec 10th noa2 text/email approved!!!

Dec 17th noa2 hard copy received

Dec 30th called and was given a case number

Jan 3rd NVC sent to cembassy

Jan 8th embassy received

Feb 3rd interview complete. Approved!!!!

Feb 10th visa in hand!!!

Feb 18th POE orlando Florida!
