Please be strong. Diana and I filed going on 3 months ago and still no word. I feel your frustration.. The only option we have to do is wait though. 5 months is not that long and all this will be a drop of water in a bucket compared to our lives.

Think about it like this; the longer you wait and the more effort that goes into this, the more powerful it will be once you and your fiancée are actually together. I know that Diana and I were prepared to wait the worst case scenario for this visa because we truly love one another and this Is the only way.

Please be strong! I am in this with you and I know how hard it is. It will be over soon.. Just remember that nothing worth having comes easy in this world.. or it wouldn't be worth working for!!

My thoughts exactly, Foxxy. We've got 3 months down, worse case scenario, its 2 more , and things seem to have been speeding through the NVC.. and once it's out of there, it will be in our loved ones' embassies and that is the light at the end of this frustrating tunnel.

Gwapo, NOA2s are coming!! Stay positive, because it's the only thing we can do. Everything else is out of our hands so just keep going and we will get there! I'm in this with you

I wonder.. Is it possible to check somewhere the average time between USCIS receiving answer to RFE and NOA2? (We send it on 29.01, they got it on 04.02)

I feel like the worst part of this whole process is just the NOA2 really. Once you get that part it doesn't seem like it takes long to get al the way to the interview stage. I know some people have had struggles with the NVC but I don't think it is the case for everyone.

Hey! I went to the website and you email them by a form: http://london.usembassy.gov/niv/visa_contact_form.html

Make sure to put in your LND number, I selected the option that said, " I wish to know the status of my immigrant or fiancé visa application"

And I just mentioned I was wondering if I could get email confirmation of my interview date as the post round my way is unreliable and I don't want to miss my interview.

They told me my date and when they sent out the letter (the 3rd, supposedly!) but I still haven't gotten the letter yet xD

I wonder, now we should be getting our NOA2s around the same days, right? Since we both send our requested evidences around the same time also

Question. If they send an RFE, does it say on the USCIS site that they sent one? I've seen some people say they don't notify you by email or text. Thoughts/experiences?

We only got the hardcopy of RFE in mail. No emails, not txt, no updates on the website. Only update that came up was after we send RFE response and they confirm they recieved it with the case update : O

That's very odd. My fiance still has no text/email about our approval but I received the emails (both for the approval and the shipping to NVC) and both status updates showed up on the website. I would think that even with no emails/texts, at least the website would show the update.

And now I panic since as much I hoped for it, I didn't expect it to happen that soon - What comes now? Do we need to do anything on this stage beside waiting for NVC to give us case number and send the petition to the embassy in Poland?
