Are all the October (and previous) filers done? Anyone still waiting? Anyone know?

11/09/2013 - I-129F Packet mailed to Dallas Lockbox                                                                                         06/22/2015 - AOS packet mailed to Chicago Lockbox

02/14/2014 - Case shipped to Embassy, where it waited for over a year at my request                                 11/07/2015 - AOS approved (EAD and AP had already been approved) - there was no interview

05/21/2015 - Interview - Approved

10/12/2017 - ROC packet mailed to VSC

01/21/2019 - ROC Approved - there was no interview

 

The N-400 journey:

02/02/2021 - Interview & test - Approved

02/05/2021 - Oath Ceremony

Are all the October (and previous) filers done? Anyone still waiting? Anyone know?

I did a search on all people who received an NOA1 from 10/1-10/31 and did the math, about 80% of them have received their NOA2s.. I would account for 15% of the remaining 20% are people who didn't update their timelines and probably only a handful of complicated cases or ones that are pending further information are left.

I would assume they are focused on the November cases now, at least I hope((

11/25/2013 - NOA1 text/email received
05/01/2014 - NOA2 text/Email received
06/18/2014 - Interview - Approved
07/31/2014 - Point of Entry
10/17/2014 - Married
10/23/2014 - Filed AOS/EAD/AP
11/07/2014 - 3x NOA1 text/emails received

12/05/2014 - Biometrics

12/22/2014 - EAD/AP Approved

01/02/2015 - EAD/AP Card Received

Im waiting received my noa1 oct 29th....they say it could take 5 months so im not gonna stress till after that time... Would love a sooner time... But, focus on getting other information together in the mean time. Who here is also from Jamacia?

Mar. 28 2014 - NOA2


Apr. 03 2014 - NOA2 Hardcopy arrived



Apr. 17 2014 - Sent to the consulate


Apr. 22 2014 - Consulate received


Apr. 28 - Received packet 3


May 02 - Medical done


May 02 - Packet 3 sent to the consulate


May 07 - Packet 4 received


May 19 - Interview- APPROVED!!

I didn't get any notification. I would just call them once a week. I found out this morning that they recieved it and have already sent it to embassy. We recieve NOA2 on 12-19-13

Wow this is going so fast....Kiev has our package and we can schedule interview ...the consulate says it can be as soon as 5 days or more if we need more time. ... I wondering if I should meet her in Kiev for the interview. Or wait until she has her passport and visa then fly over and get her and fly back. If there is a problem at the interview can it usually be corrected quickly?

Does it help to be at the interview? I just hope we have all our paperwork correct at the interview..

She does not have a passport yet or you want her to get approved first?honestly it did really work for some couples to be present on the interview ,if you can afford it then that will be a good idea and again congratulations on your approval and interview.If you have to travel to pick her up I will advice you to be present at the interview ,my friend's fiance made a mistake on the interview about the last date she traveled to visit but they confirmed it with her while waiting for her fiance in the waiting room so its a good idea.

I had a dream today I don't know if its because I'm over thinking about this visa or what,but i dream t like my fiancee caused me about something like I received a letter from the USA embassy to adjust my status and he said that he looks like we were not approved then I was like if you are sent a letter to adjust your status that's means your are approved and I was so happy started screaming around sad enough to know that I was just dreaming.cray5ol.gif but not loosing hope yet it still early to loose hope.dancin5hr.gif
